NABA, Nuova Accademia di Belle Arti, was founded in Milan in 1980. Today, NABA is the largest private Italian art university, which is accredited by the Italian Ministry of Education and recognizes students for their creative and applied approach.
The NABA campus in Milan is located in the prestigious Navigli district. It is a historical and architectural complex of 14 buildings, covering an area of 22,000 sq.m. with specialized laboratories, recreation zones, a library, green areas and a cafeteria.
In 2019, NABA opened a new campus in Rome. It occupies two historic buildings in the Ostiense district - the former industrial zone of Rome, and now a popular artistic and cultural part of the city. The 3700 sq.m. campus has laboratories, a library, study areas and recreation spaces.
NABA has close cooperation with leading companies that provide internships to students, among them: Armani Hotel, Giulio Iacchetti, Studio Bestenheider, Giochi Preziosi, the Swatch Group, Azimut-Benetti, Bonetto Design International, Alta Design & Engineering, Forchets, Zanotta, Luxottica, Giugiaro Architettura, Rintala Eggertsson Architects, Luceplan and many others.
